Session 1: June 18 - 21, 2013

1/2 Day Beginner Golf Camp

The philosophy of the Beginner Golf Camp is to introduce the game of golf to junior golfers ages 5 to 12. Campers will learn the fundamentals of the game in a safe, fun, and stimulating environment. Instruction will be given at a pace intended to maintain the attention of young campers. Active and energetic instructors will lead the youngsters through a series of games and exercises that will develop confidence and passion for the game of golf.

Session 2: June 18 - 21, 2013

1/2 Day Fundamental Golf Camp

The purpose of the Fundamental Golf Camp is to ensure that each camper is given the necessary skills foundation to be an elite player. Grip, stance posture and alignment will be central to our swing teaching. Putting, chipping, bunker play, ettiquette, and basic rules of golf will all be addressed. Groups both on and off the course will be organized by current skill level and age. The camp environment will be designed to allow participants, ages 10 - 17, to meet other young golfers and develop an enthusiasm for the game.

Session 3: June 22 - 26, 2013

Players Overnight Golf Camp

The Players Overnight Camp is an intensive five-day, overnight stay program, designed to give the higher-level junior player an opportunity to develop their game in preparation for high school, collegiate, and tournament golf. Learning sessions will include course management and mapping, mental training, fitness education, nutritional habits, video analysis, significant on-course playing time, and college recruiting information. Each camper will receive one-on-one instruction with the Stanford Coaching Staff and other Division I NCAA Coaches; space is limited for this camp.

Ages: 12 to 17 years old

Session 4: June 29 - July 3, 2013

Traditional Overnight Golf Camp

The Traditional Overnight Camp is a co-ed camp designed for junior golfers ages 10 to 17. The camp is created to provide first-class coaching to campers of all ability levels. Participants will be assigned a group based upon experience, skill level, and age. Each group will have an opportunity to work with all instructors including current collegiate coaches and players. Curriculum will be focused on swing development, short game technique, putting, bunker play, rules, and etiquette. Multiple modes of teaching will be used including swing video, on-course instruction/competition and skills contests. The Traditional Overnight Camp also provides the opportunity for players to stay in the Stanford University Dorms. Overnight campers will receive 4 nights lodging including breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Stanford Dormitories near the golf course and practice areas. Nightly entertainment after golf will include movies, campus tours, games, and much more.

Session 5: July 8 - 11, 2013

Full Day Fundamental Golf Camp

The Full Day Fundamental Camp is a co-ed camp designed for junior golfers ages 10 to 17. The camp is created to provide first-class coaching to campers of all ability levels. Participants will be assigned a group based upon experience, skill level, and age. Each group will have an opportunity to work with all instructors including current collegiate coaches and players. Curriculum will be focused on swing development, short game technique, putting, bunker play, rules, and etiquette. Multiple modes of teaching will be used including swing video, on-course instruction/competition and skills contests. Campers will also have an opportunity to tour the Stanford Campus and Athletic Facilities with current team members and staff. This is a day camp only session and lunch will be provided as part of the camp.

Cancellations / Refund Policy

Cancellations will be given refunds up until June 1st, 2013, less a $100 processing fee. After June 1st, no refunds will be given. Stanford Golf Camp will automatically bill method of payment provided on June 1st.
